Hi, I’m Amy, mother of 2 small boys, Personal Trainer and committed to living a fulfilling, happy and healthy life. This is what I want for all women. I’m driven by the desire to see results for my clients- whatever your goals.

As a mum, I have a personal desire to help new mums lose their baby weight and gain the energy to meet the demands of newborns and older children.

I believe in the power of exercise to influence our mind-set, empowering us to meet life’s obstacles head on.
